Tokyo Weekly: Torafu Design

Tofaru design is a team made up of Koichi Suzuno and Shinya Kamuro.

This very well known design team are known because of their unique interior design products.  They recently completed a residence whose construction was eagerly awaited.
It is a house made for a married couple.

The one room space is divided with raised levels.

The interior has various elements mixing together and at first glance has no uniformity. However, the ceiling which has a top light feature, integrates all the components together.
They were able to show us their unique solutions within their work as interior designers and were able to prove that even in architectural design these solutions could be made.
