We have seen the globe light before, in fact we have one in our own spaces. But we have never seen them used to be so elegant and versatile as the Castore Light by Artemide. The Castore, designed by Michele De Lucchi, can be found as a table lamp, suspension light, or a floor lamp. It is great in either forms, it just depends on where you need lighting. The diffuser is white handblown glass, with external etched finish. The lamp provides diffused or halogen lighting. A nice noticeable difference from the regular globe light is the tapering luminous stem on the Castore. The stem of this light is made of thermoplastic resin and helps to make this a unique and attractive lamp in either form. Learn more about each type of Castore Light at Artemide.
